flexible schedule, high level of teamwork, fun, friendly co-workers, comprehensive training, comfortable working environment, , excellent discount and benefits, wide range of products

Cons

can be stressful, busy, have to constantly move, picky customers, working environment can be negative and full of gossip, some people are lazy

Pros

Great affordable benifits paid twice a week (once on Friday and Tips on Monday) flexible hours you can pick up hours at any Starbucks (Worldwide) great customers limitless room for advancement tuition reimbersment awesome employee discounts

Cons

Cleaning the restroom (thats opne to the public) may get a store thats open really late may have some lazy fellow employees

work/life balance, company goal/values, and benefits package is second to none.

Cons

More relationship than results oriented, political base for advancement. Not the best schedule, even for retail having to work at least some of every weekend. Difficult to get time off, with pressure if it's "really" necessary.
