Pros

It was a good part time job with decent benefits. I loved my coworkers and the overall work environment was positive.

Cons

Strict rules on dress codes but I think it also varies with each location. Some customers are absolutely terrible and do not treat you as a human being. The just say yes policy can be very tiring.

Pros

The benefits were a great deal of help while I worked my way through school. Pay was very decent along with the tips received.

Cons

Cons would be the shift work that is required... i.e working nights or coming in at 5AM in the morning.
