Pros

The health benefits are really good, and pay is not so bad. All in all it really is not a hard job. The key, as in any job, is having a god manager.

Cons

The hours can be long and any customer service provided to a self-appointed elite class can be a drag. Bad managers also tend to stick around longer than they should.

Pros

Can be a fun place to work. Good work environment. Great benifits like free coffee... all you can drink. lol

Cons

FAST paced environment. High stress at times to meet sales goals, uphold cleanliness and customer service standards while always working with a minimal staff. Managers only have about 10 hours a week to do all administrative chores. Which is at least 5 hours short of what they should have to effectively and efficiently manage a 20 employee, million dollar business.
