Pros

I get complete health benefits for workings 20+ hours a week! They are very accommodating with my school schedule (I'm a college student).

Cons

People sometimes treat you like crap because you're serving them.

Pros

Good Benefits for part time retailers. Fast paced environment. A good place to grow your knowledge of coffee.

Cons

Hard work can sometimes go unnoticed You will be corrected for having even 1 off day You need to know what to do without being told, and if you don't that you will be corrected about it Quick to give write ups, I have personally known good employees who have gotten 6 to 10 write ups including my manager who has gotten 4. A lot depends on your co-workers, managers, and customers. If have a good crowd of people you'll probably really like Starbucks, but if you don't then you'll have a hard time there.
