Pros

Starbucks offers full health benefits for any employee that works at least 20 hours a week. Partners recieve a review and a raise every six months and the schedules are very flexible.

Cons

Many customers will treat you as if you are a complete low life because you are serving them coffee. Sometimes you will feel like a janitor because employees are responsible for all the upkeep at the stores.

Pros

There are good benefits and decent training. Coworkers are nice, all in all. Promotions were fair and of course, coffee perks!

Cons

I wish the management would give better training on customer service, and weed out coworkers who do not perform and give customers the Starbucks experience.
