Great benefit and working place

Pros

Benefits are great, including health benefits, dental, massages, even acupuncture. 'Phantom' system is great to get more extra hours at the other locations and learning a lot from that system.

Cons

Hourly pay is minimum, not enough for people live independently. Promotion is also tough unless you have a spot for it.

Pros

You get to connect with customers on a daily basis, and depending on your area and the type of people you get it can be a lot of fun.

Cons

Little pay, little say within the company, no bonuses to speak of.
