Pros

Good as a part-time student job. Able to work worldwide.

Cons

Transfers from store to another store. Too many things to do even though you are there to serve good coffee to the customers.

Pros

Partners at most stores are usually really easy going as well lots of the regular customers are actually really interesting.

Cons

Insanely repetitive with the job pretty much involving making drinks and then following a cleaning list the rest of the time. Also lots of stuck up business people.

Good but not Great

Pros

Free coffee/tea every week. Decent training on conflict-resolution and customer service.

Cons

Corporate policy makes hours unfriendly for students. Quality of work experience is highly dependent on the location, where it may become extremely busy or quiet at different times of the day. Managers vary from store to store.
