Pros

- Great people - Great attitudes - Is still ok in some LOBs

Cons

- Degrading morale - Uncompetitive pay (used to be competitive, way before morale started to degrade) - Excessive hours (blind eye syndrome) and workload

Pros

There are great benefits, medical, dental and all. The free pound of coffee once a week was nice and the discount. However, they expect a lot of time on the clock and pay next to the lowest wages around.

Cons

You have to serve and pretend to care about customers who feel they have a right to treat you like garbage.
