Pros

Good benefits if you're interested, a reliable job, and you know you can always find a job in any other Starbucks around the world.

Cons

The branding is annoying. Everything is so homogeneous. Would rather work for a local place where people are allowed to have some personality.

This was a good temporary job

Pros

Pay is good. Company is respectful of employees. Coworkers were very friendly. Lots of free coffee. Scheduling was flexible. Part time of 20+ hours and you qualify for cheap health insurance.

Cons

The work can be demanding. Customer service is demoralizing. Seems like there are more terrible store managers than there are good ones.
