      Pros

      Great people to work with, free coffee drinks that you can make on site - free barista training! Great discounts on drinks!

      Cons

      Long days, grumpy customers. You have to deal with a lot of angry people on the phone when you work in the call center. Makes for a rough job.

      Pros

      The benefits are good, not to mention tips. Starbucks can be a rewarding job, and is a good company to have on a resume. They also have a 401-k, stock options, and full time benefits even for part time partners. Also, as long as you are working, you are allowed as many beverages as you want. As an employee you can mark out one pound of coffee, or one box of tea per week. If you marked out 1 pound of coffee a week for an entire year you would have about 52 pounds of coffee!

      Cons

      The cons are, you have lots of customers which equals lots of drinks and that can be stressful considering everyone wants their beverage now. You are constantly put under a deadline of sales that are usually too steep to achieve. Customers can be angry, and also there are some customers that try to receive free drinks, using a variety of methods.

      Not everyone pulls their fair share of the workload,and all they want you to do is talk to the partners,hardly any consequences
