Pros

The work force is enthusiastic, which creates a great working environment. Benefits for entry level employees beat out most other companies.

Cons

Work hours are not favorable. Management promotes on tenure rather than competence and proven leadership. Pay is minimal, unless in a management position.

Pros

Good pay for the job. 40 hour work weeks if your good at time management, small facility and employee base to manage. Decent time off. Benefits for all partners over 20 hours per week.

Cons

Not enough time to complete admin. Low, low, low pay for Baristas and Shift Supervisors.
