Pros

Incredible team players, awesome atmostphere. You have to learn to multi-task quickly because it is fast paced and demanding at times (especially if it's a Drive-Thru store). You can grow in the company if you keep an awesome attitude and strive to be the best and give the best to customers AND your team.

Cons

Sometimes your job requires you to do a lot of work for not a lot of pay.

Pros

Awesome atmosphere when the truly positive people were there, free coffee (helps when you are a college student), health insurance and a chance to move up.

Cons

Understaffing can be an issue for managers who fail to schedule correctly during rushes. Sometimes, supervisors do nothing more than boss you around and hang around in the back while 2 baristas are out front trying to handle a rush of 20 people.
