      Pros

      you intract with not only the customers but you really have a strong bond with the other employers.

      Cons

      you have certain expections that might be higher then they should.

      Pros

      Starbucks offers employees the opportunity to have a flexible schedule, to get paid twice a week (tips and paycheck), and to receive great benefits (health, vacation hours etc.)

      Cons

      Management isn't as competent as you would expect for such a high profile company. Not very facilitating in your growth in the company.Having a degree and 3 years of experience means nothing in terms of being promoted. My experience though is very different from many others because of the specific location I've worked in.

      Pros

      - Lots of chances to learn new things - Meet new fun people all the time - work with a lot of cool high energy people who love there jobs - very fast paced and time flies by - you get all the free coffee you want and you are able to experiment with different drink combinations and come up with creations of your own.

      Cons

      - Training of new baristas is not efficient and organized. - Not everyone holds up there end of the job and often people were late and the management did not do anything. - My new manager was hired from another company into the position when there were plenty of people who have been with Starbucks for years who would have been a better fit for the job.
