Pros

flexible scheduling, pay, benefits, great customers and peers.

Cons

Mean customers, mean coworkers, DRAMA always. Constantly changing of dm level and above management. poor communication, not enough labor given to stores to provide the service that is expected.

Pros

Positive work environment Working for a company that obviously cares about its people (medical/dental insurance) Connected to community through regular customers and service projects High stress Early openings/late closings (flexible work schedules)

Cons

High stress (not everyone likes that) Early openings/late closings (another double-edged sword) Manning is kept at an absolute minimum. You are always pushing to get everything done.

Pros

Money is always good, but the customers can be rude. I get free water? And cake pops. But I don't really like cake pops.

Cons

The customers are always in my face about what they hate about their life and why my job at starbucks is to make their life better. LOSER.
