Pros

One of the rare places that offer part-time benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and perks like a free pound of coffee beans every week, tuition reimbursement, stocks. Very flexible with school and personal life.

Cons

Middle management (district and regional level) is often weak and uncommunicative. Not enough promotion inside the company. Overly micromanaging standards set by corporate.

Pros

Generally good co-workers. Fast-paced environment during rush hours. No brainer job. Customers are pleasant and annoying. Slightly steep learning curve.

Cons

Management is different form store to store. 10-50 cent raise every 6 months depending on your work ethic based off your manager's review. A LOT of work for little pay.

Pros

Benefits are better than you will find in almost any other company at an entry level position. Great opportunity to interact with your local community.

Cons

Very busy holiday schedule. Long hours of being on your feet. Early morning shifts, very early morning. Lots of cleaning chemicals.
