Pros

Very friendly atmosphere at corporate, people bend over backward to be nice to each other (a little too much at times, since it hinders straightforward communication that is often needed). If your dog gets sick or your kid has the flu you can leave the office, no questions asked.

Cons

Not very efficient, systems suck and there are A LOT of office politics. It seems like a lot of management just talk a good game but don't actually do much valuable work.
