Pros

My overall experience there was very positive - my managers were flexible and encouraging. The training I went through was helpful and they were concerned with "getting it right" in terms of the drinks, etc.

Cons

At my particular site there was not as much of an emphasis on customer service and there seemed to be little opportunity for advancement/recognition of a job well done, but that could have just been where I worked.

Pros

You get free drinks working at starbucks and the people are pretty nice. Also the benefits are pretty good and they increase your pay for how long you work there.

Cons

There isn't really any downsides to working at starbucks. I'm just working there while I go to college and it's a easy job.
