Pros

Fun environment to work for. Nice perks like free drinks while on shift and free coffee or tea each week. They offered benefits to part time workers as well. Flexible hours.

Cons

Base pay was low with limited opportunities to grow into a Store Manager position because of the brick and mortar limitations. There were many more Assistant Managers looking to run their own store than there were stores available.

Cons

Not a suitable position, probably, for someone looking to start a family - or someone who has kids or needs to work around a school schedule, especially at management positions (non-corporate)

Benefits. Free coffee! Training opportunities. Stock. Employee relationships. Great product that you can believe in. Community involvement. Multiple locations means transferring is very easy.

Cons

Too many locations.Having to always say the customer is right (even if they are not). Having to deal with concerns that senior management is not being honest about plans for the company (lay-offs).
