Pros

This is a company that really sits where it stands. Ethics, integrity, and respect are huge here. I love my job, but it is not for everyone.

Cons

Sometimes overwhelming. At times expectations can seem impossible to meet.

Pros

I love working for a company where everything that we say in the mission statement is possible. They can deliver with the right team a great experience everyday for their customers and employees.

Cons

In my three years at Starbucks, i have never been compensated for all the time I put into the job, and at the salaried level you are not compensated for all te time you are expected to be at your store.
