Cons

Always understaffed Everything is a game of politics Ridiculous sales goals - regulars don't want to buy a pound of coffee every single day

Pros

Starbucks has some of the best benefits of any other job out there! They cannot be topped. We get medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock, etc.

Cons

The early hours are tiring, but you get used to it. There has also been a lot less guidance from leadership in the last few years.
