While we don’t typically respond to these types of posts, these negative claims are very misleading and require attention. First and foremost, we take matters like sexual harassment very seriously and if a complaint is brought to our human resources department, it is investigated and addressed expeditiously. We also train all employees, including managers, on harassment prevention which explicitly outlines the Company’s commitment to a work environment in which all employees are treated with respect and dignity, with the right to work in a professional atmosphere that prohibits harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment. If this person has a complaint, we hope they bring it forward so it can be addressed promptly and in detail.
In addition, our policies and procedures are clearly defined and available to our employees and their managers, including our performance-based merit process. The schedule and process are communicated regularly at company meetings. We have a robust communications plan, including quarterly pulse surveys to understand the efficacy of these efforts and adjust when needed.
