Pros

Stark offers a lot of upward mobility and opportunity for those who take the initiative, share their ideas, and actively help solve customer problems. The company values individuals who are proactive and collaborative, rather than those who wait to be told what to do. There is a wide diversity of team approaches and management styles, allowing for flexibility in how work gets done. Stark also provides a high level of autonomy, empowering teams to make the best decisions for their clients without excessive oversight. Additionally, the company is very family-friendly and understanding of work-life balance, making it a great place for those who need flexibility.

Cons

If you prefer a structured environment with clear direction, you may struggle, as Stark rewards those who take initiative and drive opportunities. The company also lacks long-term vision and documentation, frequently shifting priorities based on market demands, which can feel like chasing the next shiny object.

Pros

There are no pros to working at this company.

Cons

Not a good work place. You are required to lie to vendors, pay vendors late, and then be put on credit hold. AP Manager refuses to learn what the employees do or help and talks down to employees. Company lets you go if you do not fit their agenda, culture, or you were not hired by that manager so they just get rid of you so they can get in a person that they want. Health Insurance is the absolute worst and covers nothing. Company does not seem financially stable as it claims. Very, very high employee turnover in the matter of a year they have lost well over 50 plus employees. Claims to offer job advancements only to be told no. Claims to offer training in new position but told no to advancing if no experience. Required manadatory overtime for a previous problem. The accounting department does not have more than 5 employees that have been there longer than a year left.
