Pros

Alot of overtime hours, usually willing to work with your schedule if you are attending college or for medical reasons.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement unless you know someone. Met people who have worked 20+ years and never seen anythong more than ground work. Management is hit and miss, some decent people in charge, but that is outweighed by the negative. Work environment can be hostile at times, depends on the day and the person.

If I had to say one it would be hours, although they are really not terrible and I didn't mind them.

Pros

Jeb Sayler was a great person to work for. I was pushed to learn and do things independently as far as training new associates and even learning the steps to create order to specific ordering using their software

Cons

Local american who was with this company through the beginning which consist of up and down situation were replaced by Hispanic.
