Pros

IF, you work in the right location you might feel like your ok. You're not, I've seen it time & again. When the time comes you'll be walked to the door.

Cons

Hope you don't have to work in the wrong location and have a corporate croany as a Plant Manager. Many could'nt design a layout or truss to save his life. They do not have integrity. They use their employees for their gain and then dispose of them.
