      Pros

      Great job, awesome hearing technology, and a really fun environment to work in. The company uses the latest technology and I have learned a lot about software from working here.

      Cons

      Fast pace and relatively high turnover has proven to be a challenge. I suspect this is a larger trend of working in software in Minneapolis, however.

      Not a lot of pros. However, I did like working with the people that I met.

      Cons

      Have to be a friend of the families to get a promotion, experience and merit do not count.
