They have a vision of where they want to go as a company but they have no idea how to read a map to get there

Very relaxed work environment. Able to be promoted internally.

Cons

Ruthless when it comes to cutting cost. They will cut headcount whenever possible, limit pay increase to under 3% for entire departments. They will promote employees but will not support them (just add more responsibilities for same pay).
