      Pros

      Team members are collaborative, professional, friendly, smart, and have been very welcoming! Working with a company that is dedicated to serving it's customers and each other everyday makes me proud to be a part of the team.

      Cons

      Working remote I don't get to eat the really good cafeteria food that is made. I haven't found any cons to working at Starkey to be honest.

      Pros

      The best thing about Starkey is working for a company that helps better the lives of many. Most employees are passionate about this cause and it shows in their work and their attitudes. Starkey invests a lot of resources on their employees and it shows. I find it to be a fast-paced, challenging work culture, but the rewards are equal to the challenge. The benefits / compensation package is very generous and the work we do is meaningful. My co-workers work hard, but take the time to have fun and enjoy the work day. I am pleased with my decision to work at Starkey!

      I cannot think of any downsides to working at Starkey.
