Pros

It's clear that Starkey employees care about their work, whether it relates directly to our hearing aid products or not. I have felt extremely valued during my employment and I appreciate the positive and flexible work environment. There are opportunities to grow personally and professionally. I would absolutely recommend anyone to work here!

Cons

Your application may be denied for a particular position, but it's worth keeping your eyes on the open positions and applying for something else.

Cons

Embraces hybrid working arrangements but not as much on fully remote. But understandable as most roles either touch products or perform better with in person and frequent informal collaboration.

Pros

Great people, leadership, mission and culture. Great work-life balance. Long tenure of current employees speaks volumes on employee satisfaction and growth opportunities. New ideas and collaboration highly valued. Very customer focused organization that also values employees. Very welcoming for new employees - great on-boarding.

Cons

Most roles are required to be on-site or hybrid. Not much as far as fully remote opportunities. I really enjoy being in the office, collaborating with my colleagues so not so much a Con for me.
