      Good company - Culture differs by department

      Pros

      - Smart & fun people - Flat company structure - you won't have bosses of bosses of bosses to go through, which is excellent and it works! - Leadership is approachable - Not too much politics, small company feel - Good benefits package - PTO - 4 weeks under 3 years, 5 weeks after 3. - Nice location with a pond.

      Cons

      - Drama at the leadership level with President and VPs getting fired - Strict work hours, although some work from home is ok in some departments - Good projects get outsources to contracting companies - Don't observe Friday after Thanksgiving - get to work

      Pros

      Decent benefits (although not as good as they want you to think), the charitable part of their business model is impressive. They do seem to try very hard to hire the best people.

      Cons

      I find the culture very oppressive and kind of weird. It's hard to describe. Perhaps it's just the team/department that I am in.
