      Work environment, co-workers, company culture are all positive and rewarding. Challenged every day to think creatively, create meaningful content and deliver the best to customers

      Cons

      Work long hours including nights and weekends, company expectation that you will always work when needed regardless of personal life. Salary/compensation can be improved for the amount of work actually worked

      Toxic work environment. Executives say one thing and do another. Innovation is demanded, but no support is given to innovative ideas. High turnover.
