      Most people are easy to get along with

      There doesn't seem to be much motivation to really improve the products, just perpetuate them. Pay is also quite low

      1. A "family or cult" culture that does not embrace people with different views. 2. Market share and margin erosion continues due to competition and regulatory changes.

      4 week PTO plan from the start

      Cons

      - Fast turn over - Micromanagement - No support from management with any issues. Everything falls on deaf ears - Departments are widely separated and unbalanced - low pay and no transparency with their pay scale -Managers say they want to develop and promote internal talent but they are so understaffed that there is (quote from a CS manager) "not good time to transition anyone at the moment" so they keep people where they are - Current market is changing so the company is trying to adjust to the changes and seems to be pulling itself in too many different directions
