      Don't even bother to interview. Complete waste of time

      I didn't hear anything that was positive.

      Cons

      Don't waste your time with all the online tests and then waste even more time with stuck up managers who don't know to interview. All they talked about was working 14-16 hour days and lots of weekends. They all seemed to have huge egos. Stay away from this company.

      Great opportunity give back Travel to fun places Hire good people good time off, but not surprised if it has changed

      Cons

      capped commission earnings constantly changing quotas to benefit company, and will even go back take money back that was already earned really no opportunity for growth in sales organization employees "walk on egg shells" around upper management

      Pros

      The Software department has good personalities and team spirit; There's a pretty decent emphasis on knowledge sharing and professional development; The technology in the products that Starkey sells is cutting edge and cool to work with.

      Cons

      Schedules here can be aggressive. Be prepared to work hard and make deadlines, but that is really no different from any other successful company.
