      -So many great people to work with -Good benefits -Amazing foundation that the owner started - makes you proud to work for a company like that

      Cons

      -Starkey really is a great company and can be amazing place to work if you have good management above you, but if you don't, they can hold you back and allow no room for advancement and learning.
