      A sinking boat with chaotic RnD organizations

      Pros

      Nice campus, Good WLB, nice/cool people around (although many of which are new graduates who just came out from universities, the company loses tons of experienced people)

      Cons

      I recalled that during one of the RnD forums, the CTO highlighted the mostly used word by RnD employees to describe the organization "CHAOTIC". The CTO explained that we are chaotic bcos we are doing lots of innovations, which is supposed to be chaotic. "I am acutally happy to see this word popping up". You can imagine how chaotic this organization and management are.

      Pros

      As an entry level job - Starkey can be a great fit. I would still encourage candidates to seek out other opportunities. I never felt valued and that any direction never stuck. It was a roller coaster of a work place.

      Cons

      Management was awful - you always felt like you were never doing enough even though there were no clear benchmarks or expectations (or at least ones that made sense and thought was put into)

      Some really gifted people work there. It was an amazing experience to get to work with them.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent. There are feudal rivalries between departments.
