Toxic work environment. Executives say one thing and do another. Innovation is demanded, but no support is given to innovative ideas. High turnover.

Decent benefits and nice campus.

Cons

High turnover of staff and management. Family owners will get rid of you without a thought, if you are on the wrong "team". Paranoia is running rampant due to top level management lawsuits and doo-doo runs downhill. Help! We are getting smothered in crap down at the bottom!
