      Pros

      Starkey offers excellent benefits. From the generous PTO to the onsite Wellness Center, your mental and physical health are made a priority there. The campus is beautiful and offers so much while your onsite. The cafeteria staff and food are top notch, and the gym is a nice perk as well.

      Cons

      Management is a little disjointed and unorganized.
