Pros

Decent variety of flavored kool aid for mass consumption. Ample promotion opportunity with little skill needed. Plenty of room for oversized egos. Great opportunity to be brainwashed. College education not needed. Endless opportunity to be forced into donating to THE foundation. Employee stock option program that is quickly heading to a value of zero, but hey we have a reality TV show.

Cons

Pretty tough to come up with any at this point. Things seem to be on the up and up. Pretty steady organization with little turnover and change. Strong strategic foundation means we are all heading in the same direction with clarity. Communication is pristine.

Pros

Passionate coworkers who are mission-driven, nicer office space than most of the rest of the company.

Cons

Teams run like chickens with their heads cut off, and its not because there is so much work to do as they like to say, but really because there's no strategy in place. Absolutely NO planning whatsoever. Super negative energy, a lot of chaos, dysfunction, confusion, and frustration by employees. High turnover- all due to really toxic, fear-based environment. Everyone there seems to show excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to the owners, and if you dare question or disagree with anything they say, you're distrusted and alienated. This leads to a lot of group-think, yes-men mentality, a ton of wasted time and no ability to work smart, so much so it often feels like it takes an act of God to accomplish the smallest thing. Unless you love hamster wheels and verbally abuse, don't work there. It will suck your soul away.

Pros

Some cool experiences and opportunities if you’re one of the lucky ones. Flexibility since COVID but don’t expect it to last.

Cons

Tons of illogical corporate politics. Don’t except to be rewarded. If you are, it will only happen on your time, after work hours, at your expense. Expect to work above and beyond a normal work schedule or be made to feel bad if you don’t. Workload of 2-3 people applied to one person. Leadership will walk around at about 5 pm cussing about why people aren’t in their seats. All employees didn’t get raises and got a pay cut while being overworked yet they still managed to pay celebrities hundreds of thousands and give promotions to VPs and above. Projects assigned to people with favor instead of whos job it should be.
