They promote creativity within the company to integrate individual ideas into day to day processes. Super easy process to use PTO or sick days. Established processes that change and grow as the company grows. You can literally start at the bottom of the company and rise up year over year. If you get tired of what you are doing, there's always another path to learn and grow in. It really is a great company to call home for my career.
