Cons

Working for this company was awful. Ridiculous expectations, bosses never take credit for their own mistakes and put the blame on their subordinates.

The coworkers are typically kind and helpful Shared snacks and drinks refilled weekly Relaxed work attire Monthly catered work lunch Health insurance is pretty great if you are single or have a child

Cons

Secretive management with no communication Extremely inconsistent compensation Promises made are quickly forgotten Culture and standards are unclear or nonexistent No room for upward growth (There can be plenty more to add, but I want to keep the lists a similar length)
