Since I started working at Starnik 4+ years ago, I have seen remarkable changes within the company. The leadership genuinely cares about the well-being of its employees and strives to create a fulfilling work environment and encourages opportunities for growth. They have personally helped me growth my career and are eager to help me grow even further! I feel like part of a growing team where my efforts are truly recognized and appreciated! If you are willing to put in the work, your efforts will not only be truly appreciated but will be recognized and rewarded.
Cons
There are cons with any company however, I do not feel like the negative reviews represent the current environment. The management has an open door policy (either professional or personal) and listens to the needs of the team and they genuinely do their best to help improve all areas.
