The CEO's management style often created a stressful work environment, where communication and guidance were lacking. The company's vision seemed to be constantly shifting, leading to a lack of direction and a sense of uncertainty among the employees. Additionally, the work itself was often unrewarding, as there was a lack of opportunities for growth and recognition.

It is truly sad to see that the management invest more time trying to discredit negative reviews rather than address the reasons behind these reviews. I worked here and can confirm that the negative reviews are highly accurate. How dishonest to encourage the creation of fake positive reviews by current employees, toxic culture with zero investment into employees. My manager, the director of customer success, who seldom spoke to us, much less trained new hires, would joke with existing staff about who would bear the burden of having to train the new guys- specifically I remember her asking a room full of employees if they “ would have to draw straws”. This made all of the new hires feel worthless and confused as to why they were hired in the first place. “Self Learning” as she would refer to it as. No shadowing, no interaction, no respect. Do not make the mistake of working for this company. As far as the manager, for someone with an MBA, there is a tremendous lack of basic leadership, management, and empathy. Do better.
