Pros

I've been here for over 5 years and it's a great place to work. If you're a hard worker and you're good at your job, there's a lot of opportunity. The commission plan is very competitive and a lot better than most others that I've seen in the industry. If you're a good Salesperson or Recruiter, you can do very well here because you have the opportunity to sell multiple practices. If you're lazy and just want to coast by, this probably isn't the environment for you. I've done well for myself here, but I work hard and appreciate the fact that I have an uncapped commission plan and am in charge of my own destiny. I have a hard time believing I could go to any other staffing firm and do as well or be any happier. The firm operates with a lot of integrity and candidates and contractors are treated well and paid fairly.

Cons

- need more employee "perks" / benefits - could use more comprehensive training for new recruiters - let more people focus on sales vs. running a full desk

Pros

Good environment to work in. Good work life balance schedule. CEO is a genuine good person.

Cons

CEO keeps a lot of dead weight around in management. The "Chief Success Officer", doesn't have a clue on how to sell staffing services to clients. "Used Car Salesman approach". CSO would low ball offers to qualified sales people and would hire cheap labor with no previous experience or any successful background. One particular office was doomed from the beginning. Certain Business Development people would only send their favorite recruiter's candidates even if the other recruiter's candidates were better.
