      Pros

      Easy to get a job, the interviews seem like a breeze. Everyone is very friendly and compasionate. I would highly recomend it.

      Cons

      It is hard to earn a raise and move up in rank. The company doesn't seem interested in moving you up.

      -Talented people, learned a lot from them -Fun working environment -Supportive management -You got the feeling that people cared -Good work/life balance

      Cons

      -Initiative move into development was ok and then the crash hit and lots of good, talented and nice people had to be let go
