Retirement home for Armenians and Russians, noone there grasps standards of quality, the only thing important is the money, extraordinary amount of politics, CYA, and blame game, a real old school financial firm with events where the wives arent allowsed, only girlfriends, female recruiters are essentially prostitutes, scotch and cigar mentality. Mgmt sits around smoking and drinking (many serious alcoholics) while the little guy does the hustle. Dont even dream about loyalty. Everyone there has a knife in their hands ready for your back no matter how well you do or hard you work. If your not family one slip gets you thrown under the bus, reputation destroyed and poisoned behind your back, big smiles to your face.
