-Upper Management is generally cool, knowledgeable, and have a lot of experience -The Christmas parties are FUN -Some recruiters are awesome (and not sleezy) -If you have great results you are worshiped

Cons

-If you don't have great results - your hard work is far from appreciated -Very hit or miss industry -Some great branch managers, some not
