The only nice thing I can say about this firm is that I'm glad I was able to leave as soon as I could. Would not ever work with this firm again.

Cons

Bully's. Recruiters are true head hunters, but what do you expect. Recruiter negotiated what seemed to be solid contract. 2 months into contract Starpoint decided they did not like the agreement and sent over a new Schedule B. I refused to change and a month later, after speaking with my attorney and he sent a letter, Starpoint terminated the entire engagement. My client was not only surprised but very upset.

Great people to work with. They care about you. CEO is the best guy I know. Great commission plan. You can make a lot of money here.

Cons

Nothing really. Maybe to loyal to people, keep them for a long time even if they do bad.

Excellent company culture, hard place to make a lot of money because of how the network is set up for certain cities to succeed over others.

Cons

As mentioned before, if you aren't in a big city - New York, Boston, Chicago -- it's hard to get others to recruit on your jobs.
