There are truly no cons to working on the Regional QA Team. It’s by far the best team I’ve ever been a part of. Each member is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help out fellow colleagues without hesitation or judgment.

Ability to move around the company & up the company after 6 months. Many parts of the company allows for different opportunitites, theres a School, Outpatient services, 24 Crisis Program, Urgent Care, within the same company

Cons

Depending on where you land, work culture is nonexistant Raises are yearly, some bonuses but depends on your part of the company/what you do
