Employees help each other out, friendly and welcoming employees, serving populations in need, outside trainings, some teams work well together, good resources provided by other employees-mentor and support new staff

Cons

Shocked at the lack of professionalism- upper management has poor leadership skills to develop and unite this organization, over 35 people have left under new management, building is shabby and outdated, only certain people are held accountable and the encounters are usually negative

Thank you for these important comments. We agree that Stars Community Services’ staff are great at supporting each other and working as a team. And we also agree that staff morale has been lower in 2016. Stars had a change in Administrator and several key managers this year and SBHG is fully supporting them as they take on new roles. We think this is a great time to join Stars and fully confident this employee’s concerns will be successfully addressed.

Excellent leadership team with expertise in all areas of the business- clinical, quality assurance, operations, fiscal and human relations. Dedication to the communities where services are provided and strong commitment to supporting and valuing our amazing team members. And last but by far not least the absolutely wonderful teams throughout the state that provide excellent services to the families.

SBHG is a company of excellence with high expectations and performance standards. It takes a particular type of dedicated, hard working and value driven professional to excel within the company.
