Pros

The company has been very supportive of developing it staff, offering lots of clinical as well as non clinical training, as well as offering some trainings that came directly from staff requests. I have enjoyed the focus on employee overall wellness- not just healthy eating, but overall health and self care! I really enjoy the fact that staff at all levels is available and is always willing to listen and help you problem solve. It is a company that does what it says it will do.

Cons

Cant think any terrible cons, but I work for a smaller part of the company and moving up with-in the region can be limited, but the good news is that the company is has other offices in nearby counties so advancement is possible.

We are sorry to hear that this former employee feels this way. The quality of care provided to the children and adolescents at this facility in Torrance has always been and will always be our number one priority. The fact this center has operated for 20 years and has successfully served children with some of the highest mental health needs from two dozen California counties is a testament to how our staffs’ paramount concern is for the children. In addition, this facility just had a successful re-accreditation from The Joint Commission, the gold standard of quality in our industry, reinforcing our organization’s culture of safety and quality.
