Good benefits, and decent pay for the area.

Cons

Although the population you serve has a 50% no-show rate, the company will harass you to meet productivity standards and make you feel as though any other clinical skills you may have are meaningless compared to the numbers you produce. They will encourage you to get, "creative" in reaching those numbers, without regard to the confidentiality of the client. The employees that do get "creative" get applauded. They will threaten write-ups and overburden you with so much unnecessary paperwork it's as though they are intentionally setting you up for failure.

Flexibility and able to set your own schedule.

Cons

Low pay, productivity expected on a weekly basis while other agencies average out the month. Porductivity is measured in minutes 1400/week. Management is poor.
